Are your products guaranteed?
VPdolex guarantees the products delivered against any design, manufacturing or material defects for 24 months from the date of delivery to the Customer. The warranty covers the refund, repair or replacement of defective parts and/or only those products delivered that do not comply with the specifications contained in the technical documents issued by VPdolex. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects resulting from assembly and/or use that does not comply with VPdolex’s instructions and/or recommendations, or from modifications to the products made without VPdolex’s consent.
What should I do if my product is defective or damaged? How do I return an item?
In the event of a defective or damaged product, please contact your nearest distributor or the distributor from whom you made your purchase.
The distributor will handle your request, contact us directly, and follow up on the return or replacement of the product.
Do you offer a repair service?
We offer a repair service only in certain cases, particularly when the product has a defect that occurred during normal use in accordance with our recommendations.
Upon receipt of the product, a technical analysis is carried out to assess the nature of the problem. Following this assessment, we inform the customer of the possible outcomes: repair, repair estimate, or return of the product in its current condition.
Where are your tools manufactured?
We have a manufacturing workshop in Saint-Chamond in the Loire region of France, where Dolex tools are produced.
The main manufacturing workshop of BESSEY Tool GmbH & Co. KG is located in Bietigheim-Bissingen, near Stuttgart, Germany.
Do your products meet specific quality standards or certifications?
Yes, in addition to our ISO certifications, our clamping tools are designed to strict quality standards to ensure safety, robustness and durability.
