Technical characteristics
Make welding operations easier; retractable and conducting slide and cage.
Single-piece cage and slide : Cast iron cage EN GJS 500-7, very high shock resistance, excellent vibration absorption ability, cast iron slide EN GJS 600-3, high mechanical characteristics, for intensive use.
Measurement setpoint on slide : Quick reading and adjustment of vice opening and/or clamping strok.
Tightening jaws (ZINC-PLATED C45 STEEL) : high resistance to wear thanks to high hardness levels (55/56 HRC), wide jaws for better clearance, tightening screw (C45 STEEL), rolled trapezoidal net and machined head, excellent mechanical properties, tensile strength.
Clamp : elastomer tip for impact prevention and increased comfort, removable bar, half-inch square socket, compliant with ISO standard 1174-1 allowing the use of any commercially available ½ in (12.70 mm) key.
Controlled tightening for easy use.
Can be used with : Classic ratchet wrenches, typical torque wrenches, screwing/unscrewing machine with torque limiter to protect the user.
